If the order does ship, not to worry, you can return it to us for a refund. In order to receive a refund, your package must be unopened with the seal intact and returned within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, for health reasons opened packages are not eligible for returns.

We offer full refunds for products that are returned unopened or if the product is damaged or defective. To request a refund, please send an email to orders@killavanilla.com with your name, order confirmation number and reason for the request, within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we approve your refund, you’ll receive an email. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. If you don’t receive your refund after this period, please check with your bank.

Killa Vanilla has not been designed to be a weight loss product, but it can be used to help fat loss if that’s your goal. The key for fat loss is a calorie deficit; eating fewer calories than you burn. As sugary treats are often high in calories, cutting down on them is often the easiest way to reduce your calorie intake.

It depends on a number of factors relating to how and why someone may have no sense of smell. Unfortunately, there hasn't really been enough research yet to determine exactly what those key factors are.

So, although we’ve had some great feedback from people with anosmia where it has worked for them, at the moment we just can't give you a definitive answer.
