Killa Vanilla is for people who are sick of eating more sugary foods than they would like to. Often when they’re not actually hungry. It’s a commitment for people who want to take back control.
Killa Vanilla is not for people who know they should change but aren’t motivated. It is not an appetite suppressant or a miracle cure. It is not an aid for extreme or restrictive dieting.
Whenever you feel a craving, just unscrew the cap and gently waft it under the tip of your nose. You don’t need to insert it into your nostril. And remember: it takes two minutes for the Cross-Modal Sensory Compensation Effect to kick in and kill your cravings. So smell it on and off over the course of two minutes.
Anytime. Anywhere. Killa Vanilla isn’t like a vitamin tablet you take at a set time. Use it whenever cravings strike and as often as you need.
No. Killa Vanilla just suppresses your sugar craving. It boosts your willpower and allows you to make better food choices.
A full review of the evidence, an explanation of the Cross-Modal Sensory Compensation Effect, and a summary of the trials are all available here. The most compelling proof is the supermarket and cafeteria trials. The scent had positive effects on people’s eating and buying behaviours, even when they weren’t consciously aware of it.
That’s the Priming Effect and only lasts for around 30 seconds. Retailers are great at using this to get you to buy their produce. But the research shows that exposure for more than two minutes causes the effect to completely reverse. This is the Cross-Modal Sensory Compensation Effect.
For hygiene reasons and for maximum effect, each Killa Vanilla lasts for one month. In the Three-Month Killa Pack you get three Killa Vanillas (long enough to break your habit). In the Top-Up you get one.

Killa Vanilla is totally unique. But we’ve had the help of high-profile experts: specialist diabetic NHS dieticians, NHS doctors, and an amazing global supply chain. People who care about crushing your sugar cravings as much as we do.
Well, that’s really up to you. Remember: sugar isn’t bad; excess sugar is. Use Killa Vanilla in a way that works for you. That might mean helping you skip the odd sweet treat rather than cutting out completely. If that’s OK with you, that’s OK with us.
Honestly? Yes, sometimes it will be hard. Sugar is everywhere, and trying to avoid it can be really difficult. Particularly if you have a strong habit. The good news is that it gets easier as you go. And, in three months’ time, your cravings will be crushed.
That just means you're human – we all slip up sometimes. It’s really hard to cut down on sugar, so don’t expect perfection. You might lose the sugary battle once in a while. Just make sure you win the war.
Nope. The less sugar you eat, the less you’ll crave…and the less you’ll need Killa Vanilla. So, over the three months, you'll use Killa Vanilla less and less until you don’t need it at all. By the end of three months you’ll have broken your sugar habit and have a healthier relationship with the white stuff.

Killa Vanilla has not been designed to be a weight loss product, but it can be used to help fat loss if that’s your goal. The key for fat loss is a calorie deficit; eating fewer calories than you burn. As sugary treats are often high in calories, cutting down on them is often the easiest way to reduce your calorie intake.
It depends on a number of factors relating to how and why someone may have no sense of smell. Unfortunately, there hasn't really been enough research yet to determine exactly what those key factors are.
So, although we’ve had some great feedback from people with anosmia where it has worked for them, at the moment we just can't give you a definitive answer.
We know from experience that withdrawal symptoms are very real. Unfortunately, Killa Vanilla won’t stop you from getting headaches if you do decide to give up sugar. Thankfully, they will go away with time.
